Refund policy

30-day returns. You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at sales@berkeyonline.com or 1-866-746-8734 to start a return before shipping anything back.

• Unopened items in original packaging: full refund of the item price.
• Opened but unused systems (all parts, original box): 15% restocking fee.
• Used systems: 15% restocking fee; must be clean, dry and complete.
• Filter elements (Phoenix, PF-2) that have been primed, installed or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Defects are handled under the manufacturer warranty.

Return shipping: the buyer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong - then we'll send a prepaid label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return being received and inspected.
