BerkeyOnline Lifetime Stainless Warranty

For as long as you own a Berkey® system purchased from BerkeyOnline.com, we'll replace any standard part that came with it - stainless steel chambers and lid, spigot, washers and wing nuts - if it fails under normal use. Filter elements (Phoenix, PF-2) are consumables covered by the manufacturer's separate warranty. Customer pays shipping on returned parts. Proof of purchase from BerkeyOnline.com required.

Manufacturer warranty

Berkey® stainless steel chambers also carry New Millennium Concepts, Ltd.'s limited 1-year warranty, and Phoenix filter elements carry NMCL's 1-year limited warranty when bought from an authorized dealer.
